Sea view studio

Ideally located in a residence in the heart of Tiuccia, this studio will allow you to access all amenities as well as the beach on foot. It consists of an entrance serving as a sleeping area with two single bunk beds, a living room equipped with a sofa bed with a kitchenette and a terrace with a very nice sea view and a shower room/toilet. Other things to note Our agency is happy to provide you with a linen rental. For a large model kit, be a full bedding (double bed), two pairs of towels (large and small) as well as a bath mat, the amount offered is €40. For a small set, i.e. a complete bed set (single bed) and a pair of towels (large and small), the suggested amount is €30. For the amount of the end of stay cleaning, please let us know. In addition, an additional €30 fee will be charged for arrivals and departures before 8am and after 8pm, on Sundays or holidays outside of Saturday.
