The space Welcome dear guests, thank you for your interest in my place. This modern and beautifully furnished apartment with about 80 m², 2 bedrooms, offers up to 5 people a place to stay (1 double bed, 3 pull-out/folding sofa beds). The apartment is equipped with a kitchen in which there is a functional kitchenette with oven, stove, fridge with freezer and a pad coffee machine. Next, you go into the separate dining room with a table and 6 chairs. From here you can reach the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, as well as the spacious living room. In this there are two sofas with a sleeping function (folded lying area approx. 1.08 x 1.90 m) and a flat-screen TV. An electric fireplace, special lighting and tasteful furnishings provide a cozy ambience. From here, you can retreat to the master bedroom with a canopy bed (sleeping area approx. 1.80 x 2.00 m) or go to the terrace via the second bedroom, which is equipped with another sofa bed. The lying surface in the couch in the second bedroom has the approx.size of 1.40 x 2.00 m). Loungers are available here as well as a bistro table with seating for up to 3 people. Wi-Fi is free. Bed linen is included according to the number of people booked. Please note that a garage parking space is not automatically booked. This can be booked on request for a fee, depending on availability (entrance height and space up to a maximum of 2 m, i.e. a VW bus without a roof box is possible). Larger vehicles can find public parking for a fee about 150 m away. The parking lot "Parkdeck Ilzbrücke" also offers parking for vehicles in motorhome size. Guest access Self check-in and check-out regardless of the time of day, taking into account the following times; Check out latest at 10:00 am Check-in from 4:00 pm, later at any time possible, there is a code for a key box. This will be sent to you on the day of arrival with a description. No night closing time. Other things to note An excerpt of possible excursion activities in and around Passau: Top location for exploring the old town (e.g. Residenzplatz / St. Stephen's Cathedral with the second largest organ in the world within approx. 8-12 minutes), in another approx. 5 minutes you can reach the center of the pedestrian zone with many shopping opportunities and the shopping center "Stadtgalerie". There are also numerous bars/cafes and restaurants. If you want to relax with a good movie, the Cineplex cinema is also located here (walking distance in approx. 20 minutes from the apartment, by car you can reach the central garage in about 9 minutes). From the apartment you have a view of the Veste Oberhaus, which you can reach in approx. 13 minutes on foot. This is also where you will find the café / restaurant "Das Oberhaus".
