The home has a gas fireplace, electric shutters, Trex decking, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, large open dining area with a well stocked kitchen. All furnishings, linens and kitchen utensils are supplied. Outdoor sitting area, out door shower as well a Weber gas grill. The beach views are beautiful and we are just a short walk to the beach. The layout and location of this home make it the perfect choice for two families, large families or couples vacationing together! Rental Policy: Rental is intended for the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Therefore, we will rent only to families or family groups. No parties of any kind, group parties. You must be a responsible adult over the age of 30 to make a reservation. Adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests. The maximum number of guests is 13, with children only. Pets of any kind and smoking are not permitted. Violation of the smoking and/or pet policy will result in forfeiture of your damage deposit. Guests must comply with these Rental Policies and all subdivision restrictions. No parking on streets and maximum of 4 cars allowed on the property drive way. Master Bedroom #1: Sleeps 4-5 people. A spacious suite located on the second floor with 1 king bed and its own wet bar, refrigerator and microwave along with an en-suite master bath that has double sinks with new quartz counters and modern faucets, a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. This room also features a sitting area with a New pull out bed sofa and a new twin daybed making this the perfect "family suite". Add to this the private balcony with a spectacular view and you will have no reason to leave this room! Master Bedroom #2: Sleeps 2 people. Also located on the second floor, this bedroom offers privacy and comfort. It has 1 king bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks marble vanities and a Custom walk in shower. From this bedroom you can take in the spectacular ocean views while laying in bed or from your own private deck. Guest Bedroom #1: Sleeps 4 people. Located on the main floor. This bedroom has two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a connecting custom walk-in glass tiled shower to Guest Bedroom #2. with marble vanities Guest Bedroom #2: Sleeps 6 people. Located on the main floor. This bunk room is the perfect room for the kids with 1 double (bottom bunk), 1 twin (top bunk), 1 twin trundle, 1 queen, 1 twin futon. This bedroom has its own half bath with connecting walk in tile shower with double sink marble vanities to Guest Bedroom #1.
