However, the house is not child-proof. For your child/children's safety, you MUST watch and keep an eye on your child/children at all times when you rent this home. You are RESPONSIBLE for checking the safety of the equipment(s) provided before each use. Guest access - Access the entire house (except for the housekeeping closet located downstairs). - Two free parking spaces are available in the driveway—NO parking inside the garage. The garage has been converted into a game room. - Guests are kindly asked to use the main door as an entry or exit point (not to use the garage door as the main exit or entry). The garage door can be used to unload/load suitcases, sports gear, kid car seats/strollers, groceries, or on snow and rainy days. - No tampering with security cameras, internet, or wi-fi. Any tampering is subject to immediate cancellation and remainder of the stay without a refund. Tampering can cause the smart door and thermostat not to work. Other things to note --NO SMOKING of any kind, NO VAPORING, NO E-Cigarette inside the house and the garage. PLEASE do not smoke inside our home that way you can enjoy your vacation, and we all can have a peaceful time. THE SMELLS can cause loss of rent days and many days to clean out. If you smoke, please smoke outside. An ashtray is on the table in the backyard to safely dispose of the cigarette buds. Please close the door or sliding glass door when smoking outside to prevent the smoke from getting inside the house. Do not throw the cigarette buds on the ground or porch. Please dispose of it properly and safely in the ashtray. Thank you ahead of time. -- NO PETS or any animals or birds or reptiles. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO SNEAK IT IN that way, you can have an enjoyable stay, and we all can have a peaceful time. - No candles or any burning of anything is allowed on the premises, whether inside or outside the house. - Age must be 23 years or older to book reservations. - We reserve the right to make minor updates, improvements, and changes to the home without the updated picture(s). For example, the shower head for the master bathroom has been changed for better functionality for our guests. We added the ring chime in the sitting room so that you can hear the doorbell. There is an Ecobee thermostat sensor. It's 1-2 inches in size and is white. That is all its function, to regulate the temperature of the house...so please do not attempt to move it or take it.
