In a green setting, this former water mill from 1836 has been completely renovated. Bordered by the river, you will stay in the miller's house. A large inner courtyard is at your disposal to enjoy the outdoors and organize large tables. A few minutes' walk to the woods, nature reserves and the center of Chaumont-Gistoux with all the amenities it offers. 10 minutes from the E411 and Louvain-la-Neuve. The space The house has 4 bedrooms defined as follows: Two bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed, one of which you pass through to reach the "kangaroo" room, which contains 2 single beds, each with a pull-out bed to allow 4 comfortable beds. A fourth bedroom contains a single bed. The bedrooms are upstairs. Linens are not provided but the house is equipped with shower towels and kitchen towels. There is a bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The 90 m2 outdoor courtyard is to be shared with us, the miller's house and ours are around this courtyard. The river runs through the property, parents will be attentive to young children. In the living room, a supply of dry wood is available to fuel the wood-burning stove. Checkout cleaning will be discussed after booking.
