We are close to Yonge Street and just few minutes walk to Sheppard-Yonge subway Station.we are living in this house in the main floor unit . No smoking. No Pet .No parties or events are allowed. The space "This is an owner-occupied house , so we are always available to answer any questions or assist you if needed". No unauthorised guests allowed, No party or event, No pet and No smoking. Guest access You have full access to the second floor guest suite. ***Parking: We have a single driveway that fits 3 cars. We have 2 cars that we actively use. If you plan on parking here - please tell me in advance so we can coordinate.
