Suburban San Diego Respite

Located in the quaint village of La Mesa, a suburb of San Diego, Ca., this private apartment (attached to the primary living space) is just right for a vacation stay. There is a covered patio which affords a beautiful view of the courtyard with an outside dining table for 6, fireplace and sunset views. There is a large living room and bedroom w/queen bed, and bathroom w/shower give a European feel. The kitchen is well equipped. Note: Some of the ceilings are 6’ 6” ( not for taller people) The space This is a one bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a nice-sized living room, and a galley kitchenette. There is an apartment-size refrigerator and lots of cooking appliances however, there is not a stove top. We have a grill outside and hot plates inside as well as a toaster oven, microwave and air fryer. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and dresser. The small bathroom has a glass shower, a sink, and toilet. The living room has an L-shaped couch, a chair, a small desk, a coffee table, and TV stand with a large TV. There is also another small cabinet that houses the coffee pot and all accessories. Some of the ceilings are 6’4”. - not for taller people. Guest access This apartment sits underneath the main house and has access from the right side of the house by the alleyway. There is a gate surrounding the courtyard, and this is where you enter. This is a completely private space. Other things to note This is a cozy apartment! Some of the ceilings in the apartment are 6’4” tall. This is a completely separate unit from upstairs however, the air-conditioning is whole house air-conditioning. We do have a separate portable air conditioner for downstairs if needed just ask. We own Pret-a-Porter Salon & Spa which is located at the bottom of the hill. (8043 La Mesa Blvd.) If you are looking to relax & renew on your vacation, we offer a variety of hair and spa services.
