Located on the 6th floor of a 7-story building, BellaView 603 was recently renovated to feature an expanded beachfront view and a fresh, modern design that will make you feel right at home. Whether you’re here for the sun, the sea breeze, or simply to unwind, we’re ready to welcome you. The space The space was designed to provide comfort and well-being for you and your family. Spacious and oceanfront, it offers everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The base rate includes up to 5 guests. Each additional guest pays a daily fee of $20. The unit accommodates 7 guests comfortably, plus 2 extra guests on a sofa bed. Bedroom 1 – Master Bedroom: King bed, reading/relaxing nook, smart TV, balcony access, and Suite Bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 – Guest Bedroom: 2 full beds with twin trundle and smart TV. Guest Bathroom: With shower. Kitchen: Fully equipped with air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, panini maker, slow cooker, utensils, plates, pots, and pans. Dining Room: Table that seats 8. Living Room: Sofa bed, chairs, smart TV with cable. Balcony: Chairs and table. Storage/Laundry Area: Beach gear, washer, and dryer. Guest access Guests will enjoy full access to: All bedrooms and bathrooms Living and dining areas Fully equipped kitchen Private balcony Private beach access Barbecue area Storage/laundry room with washer and dryer Other things to note Please note: Due to damages caused by Hurricanes Ian and Nicole, the building has been undergoing remodeling. The pool is completed but remains closed while waiting for city inspection to reopen. The work is expected to be finished by October 2025. Private beach access and the barbecue area remain open and available for guests. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
