The space The comfortable Palm Tree Crete is an airy apartment, 12 km away (15 min by car) from the international airport of Chania, 8 km from the port of Souda, 1.9 km from the town center (25 min relax walking or 7 min by car), 300 m from the coastline, 900m from sandy swimming spot, borders the municipal garden of "Agia Magdalini" of 7000 sq.meters (in park there are pines, cypresses, eucalyptus, honeydews, olives, lemons, mulberries, dogwoods, silver-leaved poplars, acacias, casuarinas, kerletorias, lagestremias, laurels, ramonis, privets, hibiscuses and jasmines.). It takes 25-30min to walk the same very enjoyable distance. - Bus stop in a 5min walking distance, connecting with the international airport of Chania. - Nearby historical houses (as the neighboring Venizelos’ residence, the National Research and Studies Foundation "Eleftherios Venizelos", formerly the French School of Nuns of the Order of Saint Joseph, "The Palace", of the Cretan State, in 1898) and the new archaeological museum of Chania. - Sea is close by. Please use the sanitary bins we have provided. The We are kindly ask you to DAILY dispose both the apartment’s garbage and recycle garbage containers to the respective municipal containers outside (on the other side of the road), for their collection. So you can enjoy a clean and insect-free kitchen, every day. We are kindly ask you prior to your leaving to CLEAN and put away any dishes or kitchenware used. We have a NO SMOKING policy in the apartment (although you are welcome to smoke at the balcony or the outside areas). Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is by 12am. In general, it should be fine if you arrive slightly earlier or you want an extra hour to sleep upon leaving. But please ALWAYS check with us first. Finally, please let us know when accidents happen.
