Spacious 4 Bedroom Condo, Beautiful Mtn Views!

This on mountain condo is perfect for all outdoor enthusiasts! Enjoy the tennis court, mountain biking and hiking trails in the off season and take advantage of the cross country ski trails & ski in/ski out access in the Winter! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo is also located on the shuttle route and will bring you anywhere you want to go on mountain during the ski season. You are 5 miles to the outdoor center and will have access to a ski locker during your stay. Mtn.views-wifi-washer & dryer! The space This spacious condo is an upper end unit. You have your own stairs leading up to the condo and are welcomed with beautiful mountain views. The living room and kitchen are an open style concept and there is lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped to make family meals and has a large dining room table for your comfort. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a large sectional to seat your group! Feel free to stream your apps on the TV but don't forget to log out of your devices upon departure! The back deck overlooks the Snowbrook Pond and you will love the incredible views of Sugarloaf Mountain. The main floor also features 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is off of the kitchen and has a bathroom located just outside of it. This room is multi purpose and you can choose to use it for sleeping arrangements (set of bunk beds), a designated work area, or a great place to store your winter gear! The 2nd bedroom is located off of the living room and is the master bedroom with queen bed, which has a private bathroom. This bedroom also has amazing mountain views and a TV to stream your favorite shows. Upstairs features another full bathroom and two additional bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and has two twin beds in it. You will need to bring your own firestick or roku to stream on this TV! Again, you can't beat the mountain views! The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and a set of bunks. All of the twin sized beds upstairs are TwinXL for additional comfort! There is plenty of storage throughout the house for your clothing and winter gear. You will also have access to a ski locker. If you do not use it, please leave your skis and boards on the landing outside the door. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor and also WiFi for your use! We hope you have a great stay! Guest access You will have access to the entire condo. Please be respectful of any personal items that are the homeowners. There is a locked closet upstairs, please do not tamper with. Other things to note We work really hard to make sure you have a good experience while vacationing at one of our properties. We strive for 5 star reviews and appreciate the fact that AirBnB allows a "private feedback" section where you can let us know your concerns in a private format. Please realize we do not control the weather and if the mountain closes, there are still many things you can do in the area! You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use your pass due to weather-related or wind-related events, including snow levels. The pool house is free to all of our Snowbrook guests. This amenity is offered by the Association. It is open by reservation during the ski season and by key during the off season. The hot tubs do not operate in the Summer. We are not in control of the pool house hours or operations. You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use the pool house. We are more than happy to reach out to the pool house to get up to date schedules upon request. They usually close twice a year for deep cleaning.
