Our casita is nestled beneath the trees of the lovely Rio Grande Valley. It’s minutes from the Los Lunas city center, but far enough away to get the full feel and experience of the countryside. Come enjoy the grassy surrounds, mature trees and peaceful serenity. We also have goats on the premise just waiting for you to visit with them. The space Our cozy casita is an eclectic blend of authentic New Mexican style. It’s circular structure, built to mimic a Native American Hogan, will provide you with a sense of serenity and calmness. Inside the casita you will find a full-size functioning kitchen, with a comfortable dining area. The main living space includes a comfortable sofa and loveseat. Through the bedroom door you’ll find a comfortable King-Size mattress with adjoining on-suite bathroom. If you wish to enjoy the private, enclosed backyard, it can be accessed from the bedroom. Our casita offers Self-Checkin with an entry code, and a locking gate at night. We also live on the property, therefore the grounds are well taken care of courtesy of my husband. Come enjoy a unique stay, complete with gorgeous cottonwood trees, rowdy goats, and the most adorable casita. We are located just 30 minutes away from Albuquerque, with quick access to I-25, making it extremely easy if you’re traveling for work or wanting to experience the beauty of The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta! If you wish to explore Valencia County, we are located minutes away from local coffee shops and wineries. Guest access As our guest you will have full and private access to the casita. You will have a private parking space directly in front of the casita, along with access to a small, latilla- fenced backyard. You can also enjoy our shared grassy lawn directly in front of the casita. Feel free to explore the 2.75 acres including the goat pens, fenced fields, bonsai greenhouse, and zen garden. Fresh produce is available in season for your enjoyment as well. Other things to note We have an automatic gate on the property. Please use your given automatic gate opener to open and close this gate as you come and leave. Please drive slowly on the property. There are many times when our children and dogs are outside. Our casita is small, but can comfortably fit between 2-3 adults. It is not adequate for small children or infants at this time.
