Welcome to my special home! A BEAUTIFUL & calm Williamsburg home with in-room office & a garden! I am an artist that tries to combat the insane housing market in NYC by providing visitors with an affordable, central, & beautiful alternative! The apartment is on a QUIET & GREEN street, in a friendly & popular neighborhood, with amazing restaurants, bars, cafe's, vintage shops, parks & waterfronts! Manhattan is only a 10min train ride. I CAN ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT DATES NOT LISTED IN THE CALENDAR! The space Great place for adventuring Brooklyn/Manhattan or for a creative retreat/work (the bedroom has an entire office available & AC)! The home is full of Latin American Art & Art books for you to enjoy! The room for rent is spacious, quiet, and very special. Located on the garden level (no stairs!) I have a yard best used in the warm season. It’s a 3 bedroom apartment where I have lived for 15 years and sublet two of the rooms every once in a while, I live in the third room. I only host other women or trans guests. This is a BIPOC & Queer friendly space! We ask for visitors to be kind and thoughtful and not to bring any unaccounted for extra guests home. xox! Guest access You can access your room and all the common living spaces like kitchen, living room, bathroom, yard, porch, etc... I have clean towels, eye mask and soap in your room and many books for you to read while staying with us. I also have an iron and blow dryer if needed. During your stay I am am your future roommate, an artist/filmmaker/performance maker living in Brooklyn for 15 years. I am available night and day to answer ANY questions at all. I speak English, Spanish and a little Italian (still working on it!). Other things to note I only host other women or trans gusts. This is a BIPOC & Queer friendly space!
