The space The apartment is located with a terrace and bedroom windows facing a great green oasis. There is therefore no noise from the streets. The block has exciting shops on the street level, including a grocery store. Markensgate (pedestrian street) is only 50 meters away from the entrance. Here you have access to both pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and clothing stores. Bymarka is only 250 meters away. Here there are lookout points over the whole city, great hiking trails and bathing water (fresh water) 800 meters to Nupenparken and further 500 meters to Bystranda. 1 km to the spectacular Kunstsiloen and Kilden Concert Hall - The apartment is rented out fully furnished, with washing machine and dryer. - Large and well-equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 persons - Two bedrooms, with double beds + 2 extra mattresses - Two bathrooms with shower. - Fiber net and TV with a variety of channels (Telia) + Apple TV that allows streaming. - 40 sqm terrace with dining area for 6 people, sofa group and barbecue facilities. Afternoon sun from 3 pm - 7 pm - Parking space with electric car charger in spacious garage under the apartment Guest access All rooms that are not locked can be used in the apartment. If you are 2 who book, one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms can be locked. Therefore, it's important that guests provide the number of people so that the correct number of rooms/beds are prepared. Cabinets that have a lock/padlock are private for the host The private outdoor area can be used by guests. Other things to note We rent out our home when we are away. I live here with my partner, daughter and Cocker Spaniel and enjoy it very much! Since we live here ourselves, there will be personal belongings in drawers and cabinets in the apartment when you live here. We appreciate that personal belongings and food belonging to us are not touched by guests. Private parking space with electric car charger is included in the rent. The parking space is in a spacious garage facility under the building, with elevator or stairs straight up to the apartment. It is not allowed to smoke or store/use drugs in the apartment. Alcohol can only be enjoyed with moderation. Zero tolerance for party and noise. The accommodation should be left in the same condition as on arrival. It is also important and note that there is a Cocker Spaniel dog living here as usual. I wash down well before taking over, but it's not a guarantee that it's 100% hair-free and completely allergy-free for someone who is highly allergic. That being said, the Cocker Spaniel is considered to be a breed that few people react to.
