The beds are dressed in white cotton linens, and fresh cotton towels are provided. It keeps its authentic character with mosaiko (Greek terrazzo) floors and marble window sills, and every window has blinds for shade and energy efficiency. Furnishings include a wardrobe and a bedside table, plus a coffee table with armchairs out on the terrace. The kitchen is separated from the sleeping area, with a stove, kettle, dishes, and pots and pans. The walls are refreshed every year with eco-friendly paint, and the bathroom has a window and a shower with hot water and a tiled tray. Guest access This is a real, authentic Greek spot — not a resort town packed with tourist crowds. Locals live here and spend their summers here, alongside guests of a nearby five-star villa; it's a calm, respectable place. And it sits remarkably — right between Olympus and the sea, between Zeus and Poseidon. The beach is quiet, wide and uncrowded, clean and safe — no jellyfish, no seaweed — and not shallow: it's deep enough for a real swim, even proper strokes. The long shoreline is perfect for barefoot walks by the water, morning or evening. The port is just 500 m away — fascinating to watch a real working harbour, with fishing boats and yachts, and you can head out on a boat trip. Nearby there are two beach bars and five fish tavernas serving the local catch. A small supermarket with breakfast basics is a 2-minute walk; the larger ones are up in Litochoro town. Litochoro's main square and Dion's archaeological park are each about 12 minutes by car, and the easy Enipeas Gorge trails with their waterfalls about 15 minutes away. Your apartment is part of a single five-storey complex of 16 apartments, a 200 m walk from the beach. Your own ~13 m² terrace gives you room to relax with the family. In the courtyard there's a shower under the walnut tree to rinse off after the beach, plus a BBQ area. On request we can help with water-sports and beach equipment rental (for an extra charge). The apartment is 24 sqm with a 13 m² veranda, and sleeps up to three on a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a single bed (90 × 190 cm). The tap water is drinkable artesian water.
