The property has stylish decor throughout with bright colors through out the home. As you enter the property you have a downstairs toilet with a baby change facility for young families. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area to the front of the house with everything you need to feel at home. To the rear of the house there is a large lounge area overlooking the private garden to the rear. On the first floor you will find a king bedroom, single bedroom and a twin room. The family bathroom can be found on this floor too. Other things to note Minimum booking age of lead guest is 21 Early/late check in/out requests can be accommodated, where possible; upon prior request for a small charge. Please get in touch to arrange. Absolutely no parties, no smoking, no vaping in the property. You will be asked to leave and will not be provided a refund for the remainder of your stay. When departing the property please remember to take all belongings with you. Charges apply if left belongings need to be posted to guests.
