The studio is furnished with 100mbps WiFi, , a cozy queen bed, and relaxing living area. If you want an ultra-convenient location to explore Makati till night, this is the place to be. Enjoy the most central area of Manila surrounded by one of the biggest malls in the country, and placed alongside a strip of different artisan cafes and restaurants. KL Serviced Residences’ facilities include an indoor pool, gym, sauna, and yard. The facilities are open daily from 7AM to 7PM. Guest access Registered guests may enjoy the amenities at the property from 7am to 7pm such as gym, pool and sauna, which are open from Tuesday to Sunday only (Amenities are closed during Monday's for maintenance). Guests must pre-register at least 1 day before the desired schedule. Please bring valid ID to register. Same day registration may not be allowed by KL. Other things to note Our unit on this listing at 29TH floor, offering a generally peaceful environment. However, due to the property's central location, noise from nearby construction or unexpected renovations in neighboring units may occur. Additionally, the walls are not fully soundproof, which may result in intermittent noise from the hallway. WIFI AVAILABLE STUDIO UNIT WITH BALCONY This unit can fit up to 2 adult guests (18 yr old above) only. Minors (17 yr old and below) are not allowed but our deluxe and superior unit can accommodate children. WASHER and SPIN-DRYER in One: May not fully dry the laundries but we have clothes rack and hanger in the unit to hang your clothes. BED SETUP: 1 Queen Bed AGE REQUIREMENT: Please note that minors are allowed to check-in if they're accompanied by adults (18 yr old above) inside the unit. If guests are all 17 yrs old and below, they will not be allowed to check-in. VISITORS: Only 2 visitors allowed from 9am-11pm. DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Please bring the following upon arrival: Valid IDs for each guests NON-SMOKING ROOM: Smoking not allowed inside the unit nor in any facilities inside the building. BALCONY: Unit has balcony where children are not allowed. NO NETFLIX: Local and international channels are not available. You may watch Netflix on TV using your own account. Our apologies as we can no longer provide Netflix accounts to our guests due to recent changes in Netflix's policies. Youtube meanwhile can still be watched on TV.
