With a delightful blend of contemporary and traditional beach decor, this villa creates the perfect getaway for families or groups. The colorful interior greets you as soon as you walk in, making it clear that you are in a special place. The private balcony offers stunning views of the Folly Beach Pier, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of fun in the sun. This condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Features: Living Area: The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a 60" HDTV, perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. Large windows provide ocean views, and sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals for your family or group. The open layout connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas, making it easy to entertain while cooking. Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King bed with flat-screen TV and access to the oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. Bedroom #3: Two twin beds with flat-screen TV. Bathrooms: All three bathrooms are updated with modern fixtures and fresh towels, ensuring comfort for all guests. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
