Enjoy Angevin tranquility in our wooden house. At the end of a small street, you will be quiet but with all the shops nearby (bakeries, delicatessen, Carrefour City, Post Office, Press, wine cellar, bar, banks... all 3 min walk). Ideal starting point to visit the city on foot (15 min from the center) or by bike (5 min) but also to go by car (5 min from the ring road) to visit the surroundings (visit of cellars and tastings, Terra Botanica, Saumur, Puy du Fou...) The space Our house is a wooden structure and almost passive, our only mode of heating for the winter months is the pellet stove. Otherwise, our dual-flow CMV provides us with clean air at all times. A large part of our electricity is supplied by solar panels (so we operate electrical appliances primarily during the day). It's a very nice house to live in. Guest access You will have access to the whole place. Possibility to park your vehicle in front of the gate. Other things to note We specify that only 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds (therefore to accommodate 4 people), that the 3rd bedroom, that of our son, is equipped with a child or teen bed (1m80X90) and that the 4th, that of our daughter, with a baby bed. In short, we can only accommodate 3 couples if one of the 3 agrees to sleep on an extra inflatable mattress (160X200 and 50 cm thick!) that we would put in our daughter's room. This mattress is an excellent model, but it is not as comfortable as a real mattress.
