A quaint beautifully equipped terraced cottage. A bit of a Tardis! 5 - 10 minute walk to the Beach, Town, Victorian Park, Water park, Theatres, Restaurants, Shops, Arcades, Old Pier & Grand Pier. In a relatively quiet little back street with a car park around the corner less than one minute away. Child friendly with the use of a high chair, toilet/sink stand, childs toilet seat, potty and baby bath. Use of a travel cot is available upon request. Extra cost for use of sofa bed & chair. The space Downstairs there is a sofa bed. A squeeze for two adults yet long though Chair bed. Ideal sleeping arrangements for an injured/infirm person as the bathroom is also on the ground floor. There is an additional cost for use of the the bedding found under the sofa. Pillows in the window box. £20 for the double sheets for sofa bed and £15 for the single sheets for chair bed. This is to go towards the laundry costs and time. Guest access The outside is small yet the an drop down table & bar area is being made along with trellis for some privacy with fairy lights. Not currently made. The two stools from the kitchen & the two high chairs hidden behind the screen in the living room can be used outside. (Please bring in when you go out or of an evening, especially the kitchen ones)! Keeping them dry is preferable🙏🏻 Other things to note I believe you will find Cottage de Mare a great family holiday home that’s well thought out for your loved ones. It could be a great romantic getaway to with its quirky cosy interior. Dining for 8 at a squeeze if you wish to invite friends to dine with you. At an extra cost the sofa & chair bed’s linen can be provided Or at no additional cost if only one bedroom is occupied.
