It is composed of a nice living room of 80 m² (with decorative fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 1,000 m². The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A living room of 80 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), fireplace (decorative) and sofa. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates... and a dining area. - Separate toilet. On the first floor : - An office space. - Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower and bathtub. - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet. At your disposal if needed : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful unfenced garden of about 1,000 m² and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The house is ideally located in Taden, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Sightseeing, hiking, various water activities, cruising many activities and visits are available to you. - City of Dinan at only 2 km. - About 20 km from the coast and its beaches: Lancieux, Saint Jacut, Dinard, Saint-Malo, St Lunaire, St Briac, Cancale... - At 55 km from the Mont-Saint-Michel. - Forest of Broceliande, Jugon les Lacs, the river of La Rance....
