A house decorated with great affection, in the middle of the quiet village of Terán. It has a public indoor basketball court in front, a wonderful natural pool 10 minutes away on foot, and the beauty of the Valley landscape. 15 minutes from Cabezón and another 15 from the best beaches. The space The house has a living room with a kitchenette and dining room, fireplace and a large window to the garden. At the entrance there is a large room with a fireplace as well, and a glass window that can be opened and overlooks the garden. On the ground floor is, in addition to the living room, dining room and kitchen, the main room with en-suite bathroom with two beds 105 cm wide and there is a guest toilet. In the kitchen area there is a pantry that is also a laundry room. Upstairs there is another room as a library, open to the living room downstairs, a very spacious and bright bathroom and two bedrooms each with two beds. It also has a travel crib. Guest access The house has a large garden surrounded by a well-kept hedge. There is a wooden table, for about eight people, and two benches on each side, as well as a barbecue in case the weather is good and you want to eat or just be outdoors. The entrance porch is our favorite room, open to the garden with a large glass window, it has a leafy fig tree in front in summer and in winter it can also be used because it has a good cassette fireplace. On the ground floor is the living room with an open fireplace, with the open kitchen that leads to the dining room and there is the main room with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms that share a bright and spacious bathroom. There is also a library with a living room.
