Villa Las Ánimas, 5 minutes from downtown, offers a great experience in contact with nature and sustainable agriculture, varied flora and fauna typical of the Dry Corridor of Central America. Our guest can hike through coffee plantations, pineapples, pitahayas and other fruit trees and take panoramic photographs. The space VILLA LAS ÁNIMAS we are part of Finca La Guanábana located in Cerro Las Ánimas. From any point of the city looking to the East you can contemplate the iconic trapeze-shaped hill. We are a private villa separated from the neighborhood by a perimeter wall to ensure our safety. No noise and surrounded by nature. Inside the estate we invite you to get up early for hiking and enjoy the sunrise or on your terrace contemplate the twilight on Quiabú hill. Your fantastic photographs can be shared in #cerrolasánimas. Guest access The bungalows are two independent units, built in 2023, with a surface area of 55 m². The bungalow is all exterior, with lots of light and ventilation. Windows with mosquito screens and security gates. We offer for your exclusive use a rustic design terrace and garden, laundry and free parking. Electric gate enabled for autonomous arrival. Inside the estate we invite you to get up early for hiking and enjoy the sunrise or on your terrace contemplate the twilight on Quiabú hill. Other things to note Additional accommodation rules 1- suitable ONLY for two adults. 2- Visitors are not allowed. 3- No pets allowed. 4- You can smoke ONLY on your TERRACE. 5- we use non-potable well water. 6- Transversal Este street, the last 300 meters are dirt and in poor condition.
