Gîtes de la Gare: Studio & Containers

Here you rent the two Gîtes de la Gare: the studio as well as the containers. Both homes are on the same property and this set is perfect for groups. The space Containers: they are at the back of the courtyard of the old station in which we live. These are two 40-foot-long containers converted into a dwelling. You will find a 35 m² living room with a large dining table, a living room area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room. the accommodation consists of two sleeping areas: a closed bedroom and a semi-open sleeping area overlooking the living room. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet completes this accommodation. You will also have access to a terrace overlooking the courtyard of the station, from which you will have stunning views. A second, more intimate terrace is accessible from the sleeping areas. The Studio: duplex is independent of the main house, which we live in. On the ground floor, it is composed of a small entrance with large closet and an equipped kitchen. There is also a dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs, as well as a living room area where you can enjoy the sofa bed, a small coffee table and a TV. On the mezzanine, you will find a spacious bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a dressing room with a wardrobe, as well as a shower room with toilet and sink. Guest access The studio and the containers are surrounded by the fully enclosed garden: wooded and flowered, you will have 3500 m² without neighbors to enjoy the sun and the magnificent magnolia that is right in front of your windows! Access to the mezzanine is via the staircase shown in the photos. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is quite narrow and steep. Other things to note The accommodation in the containers is upstairs. The ground floor is a private area. Access to the accommodation is from the outside, via an external staircase and a wooden walkway. THE ACCOMMODATION IS NON-SMOKING. Ashtrays are available on the terrace.
