You are only a small drive (20-45 mins) to any number of beaches along the Norfolk coast, or in land to the famous Norfolk Broads The space GRAB A WEEKEND AWAY FROM 110pp Located on the edge of the rural village of Bawdeswell the Old Workhouse Paddocks offer extensive outdoor space for you, your dogs and even your horses in the stunning onsite stables. We have no neighbours nearby so you don’t have to tworry about making a noise, or being disturbed. A village shop, large garden centre with cafe and award winning restaurants are all within a few minutes. The outdoor space offers 3.5 acres of secure stock fenced paddocks, an open wildflower meadow, and outdoor patio with BBQ and seating area (with overhead heating for those cooler months) to take in the fresh Norfolk air and do some undisturbed star gazing. Indoors - underfloor heating, welcomes you to the open plan modern kitchen, dining, living & reading area. Modern appliances, internet Smart TV’s and super fast wifi are throughout for those evenings where you just want to stay in and relax after a long day out exploring. Two bedrooms allowing for 4/5 guests, a wet room style family bathroom and an upstairs living room space with patio doors leading to an open balcony - allow you to take in the unrestricted view over the paddocks, stables, wildflower meadow and for miles around PLEASE NOTE: the downstairs bedroom can be made up as a twin OR superking set up, not both. We also have a small pull out/occasional bed which can be used in the upstairs living area for a small adult/child to allows for up to 5 people Guest access Access to all areas for guests. The entire home, stables, paddocks and wild flower meadow is yours to enjoy We live 5 minute up the road in the village centre so are nearby if you need help with anything during your stay.
