The 22-plus acres feature walking paths, creating an oasis in the city. 'PV REIMAGINED,' across the street, is under construction, promising a central park and vibrant dining and shopping options. Within 1 mile are Costco, Target, Walmart, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, and many restaurants. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee across the street. Guest access The entire condo is for you to enjoy. Guests will have access to all pools, Clubhouse and Fitness room while visiting Anasazi Village Condominiums. Other things to note Other things to Note: 1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details i.e. Make, Model, Color, License Plate and Terms of lease. 2. Guest also required to sign rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during stay. 3. Electric bill is capped at $125.  Guest will be responsible for overage prorated for days used during the billing period. 4. Accidental rental insurance is included within the cleaning fee. 5.
