This property may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty with stairs or require wheelchair access. Other things to note The flat is accessed via a communal door entrance and 2 out of the 5 flats in the building have permanent residents. We ask our guests to respect this and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the building. No 3 is the perfect location for anyone looking to explore the ever-popular Margate and all it has to offer. Broadstairs and Ramsgate are 10 minutes by car and the historic town of Canterbury is just 30 minutes away. This property does not have parking facilities however there is a pay and display car parks opposite or free parking on the road outside and surrounding.
