With spectacular views over the beautiful bay of Cala Galdana this stunning villa will be a sure hit with all the family. As you walk in through the front door you will enter the spacious, bright and open living/dining room, with large, sliding glass doors that give access to the swimming pool and provide a panorama of the sea and the cliffs around the beach and bay of Cala Galdana. The space The modern fully fitted kitchen provides all you need for your cooking requirements, including access to an external area which houses the brick barbecue. Two of the five bedrooms can also be found on this level, one double with wall mounted TV (local channels) and another with adjoining twins to form a large double bed. There is also a full bathroom and a shower room for the two bedrooms to share. Walking up the white marble staircase to the first floor you will find a further three bedrooms. The fantastic master bedroom boasts a king-size bed from which you can enjoy the stunning sea views through the glass sliding doors, without even getting out of bed! This bedroom has its own balcony, and through a connecting door you will find a shower room with a Jacuzzi for two overlooking those beautiful views. The other two bedrooms each have adjoining twin beds to form a large double and open onto a balcony overlooking the sea, one bedroom has an ensuite shower room, whilst the other has an adjoining shower room. Outside, the saline swimming pool will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised and there are plenty loungers and seating areas to relax and unwind. If you can tear yourself away from the villa, the centre of Cala Galdana is a 5minute walk through nearby stepped pathways, or 2-minute drive (20 minutes walk) by road. There is a supermarket close at hand to stock up on those holiday essentials and an array of restaurants and shops to explore whilst on an evening stroll. Accessibility - To access the villa there is a path which is 220cm wide. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to terrace is 290cm wide. The terrace is flat all round with concrete and tiles, there is also a ramp. The width of the pool path is 290cm wide. All bedrooms have a door width of 80cm wide, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 80cm wide.
