Private room & private bath in the historic center

Welcome. My name is Dieter, I am German and have been living in France for some time. I would be happy to rent you the guest room in my apartment. Before I came to Béziers, I lived and worked in various other countries besides Germany. I had a small hotel in Berlin for 20 years that I gave up in 2022. I love having "the world" as my guest and I look forward to seeing you. The space A few meters from the Place de la Victoire, the avenue Paul Riquet and Les Halles in the historic center of Beziers, my 120sqm apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic building where you will have your own private room (about 18sqm) with a bed 160x200cm as well as the Kitchen, the living room and dining room (approx. 70 sqm) can be shared with me. Your room is equipped with an aircondition. The washbasin and shower are directly in your room, your private toilet is outside the room. Guest access In addition to your private bedroom, you are welcome to share the kitchen, living and dining room with me. During your stay I live in the same apartment and I am happy to help and advise you. Other things to note The nearest bus stops are: Les Halles - lines 5 + 7 Place de la Victoire - lines 2 + 8 + 9 Avenue Paul Riquet - lines A + B Gare Routiere (Place Charles de Gaulle) - Central bus station
