Vailima Way Duplex

Welcome to Vailima Way, one of only a handful of houses located on the beautiful Hellesoe plantation with views sweeping down the hill & out to the Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to Le Manumea, 2 restaurants, a café, gift shop, & bar. A short drive to Apia, SPREP, Embassies, & 30 mins to beaches. Situated on half an acre down a private street, its safe and secure. UV filtered water and gas hot water throughout the whole house. Starlink internet available free of charge. The space The house is an elevated, single level duplex with its own carparking and entrance. Access is by a set of stairs to the deck from the parking area. Entering from the deck into an open plan living, dinning, and kitchen space, the living room has a comfortable corner suite, coffee table, and 50" Smart TV. The dining area features a 6 seat dining suite and kitchen breakfast island. The kitchen includes full cooking facilities, gas cooktop, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The laundry is off the kitchen and includes washer, dryer, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board. The door to the back of the house is off the laundry. Off the living area is a wide hallway, down which is the guest bathroom, and three large bedrooms including the master and ensuite. The master has two double wardrobes, king sized bed, and ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen bed, single wardrobe, and access to the deck. Bedroom three has two single beds, single wardrobe, and access to the deck. There's a shared swimming pool available for the guests to use. The rules are simple. 1. No standing on the edge of the pool. 2. Please wipe or rinse your feet before entering the pool. 3. No glass allowed near or in the pool. 4. T-shirts or cotton garments in the pool (cotton promotes alge and turns the water green) 5. ENJOY YOURSELF 😀 Guest access The deck is divided by privacy screens. Each house has its own separate entrance for guests' privacy. Other things to note All water taps are plumbed directly to a UV Water Filter for your safety. Hot water is also plumbed in throughout the entire house. Starlink WIFI available free of charge.
