Oh and I'm happy to offer pick-up and drop-offs to the airport 😊 Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and do not share this apartment with other guests. Guests enjoy a 2 bedroom one bathroom furnished apartment and one parking spot for the duration of their stay. Parking and apartment access covers the parking pad in the rear and front entrance of the building. Other things to note Guests that book for longer stays are responsible for obtaining items for their comfort such as additional toiletries, towels, soap, trash bags, and cooking utensils. Follow the House Rules to enjoy your stay: 1. Keep the apartment and premise clean. No littering. 2. Place all trash/waste in trash bags and place in garbage containers at the rear of the house. 3. Do not disturb the neighbors. This is a quiet area so do not disturb neighbors nor other tenants. 4. Save energy. Always turn off heating/water/electronics before leaving the apartment. 5. Avoid breaking anything. Avoid property damage of any kind to the apartment/premises. If something does break, inform the host immediately. 6. No pets of any kind are allowed in the apartment. This rule is strict and can result in additional cleaning costs, fees, and immediate cancellation without refund. 7. Must leave with your belongings. At the end of your stay, make sure to pack all your belongings. Anything left behind gets thrown away. 8.
