The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A walking distance to the city center with its markets, cafes and beer gardens. In an hour you are in Munich. It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-) Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room and roof terrace. During your stay Dear guests, we would love to invite you for coffee or breakfast. Enjoy the view from our rooftop terrace. We always have excursion tips ready and look forward to a nice conversation with you :-). Of course, we always respect if you prefer less personal contact. Other things to note Please note: The bed is sized 160x200 (so not too big!). We have two cats who may say "hello" to you in the hallway.
