Our simple, cozy house is situated in a residential area • 15-25 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic • 5 minutes from the Sidewalk Mall, there are many different restaurants, cafés, beauty salon & a gourmet market • 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to GWK statue • 5-10 minutes by car to many beaches, cafés & restaurants Our residential area is not far from the main road of Raya Uluwatu, although it is not noisy in our residential area The space This simple house is located in a very comfortable residential area. With a two-story house concept, residents are pampered with adequate privacy. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The main bedroom is downstairs with a bathroom providing cold and hot water. The living room has a small sofa bed, flat screen TV and our dining room is also air conditioned and has a wall fan. Teak wood dining table with 4 chairs, dry kitchen with two door refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster and blender. Small kitchen outside with two burner gas stove and spacious, covered parking area. We deliberately added a small kitchen outside to keep it out of reach of children & keep the house clean. At the back there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine & place to dry clothes. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge area equipped with a small sofa bed and a balcony. Other things to note We provide you with free water, coffee, tea, sugar, liquid gas and instant noodles upon your arrival. Enjoy it! Even for long-term stays, we only provide water upon arrival and there is no refill. The electricity credit depends on the consumption of the guests.
