Ideally located overlooking the Bay of Audierne and 5 minutes walk from the sublime beach of Gwendrez, this comfortable and beautiful farmhouse is the perfect place to spend a sports vacation (surf spot at the bottom of the house) and/or with family. This beautiful farmhouse is in a quiet hamlet, where very few vehicles circulate. The space GROUND FLOOR - Master bedroom: Large bed 160 x 200 and storage - Bathroom with shower - Separate toilet - Fully equipped open kitchen and large table for friendly meals - Large bright living room with cathedral ceiling - Laundry room: washing machine 1st floor - 1 bedroom: 3 90 x 200 cm beds and storage (ocean view) - 1 bedroom: Large bed 160 x 200 and storage (ocean view) - Separate toilet - large landing OUTSIDE - Large courtyard/garden in front of the house (not enclosed) – Picnic table and BBQ - Closed barn, allowing to store bicycles, surfboards, etc. - Possibility to park several vehicles SERVICES - Cleaning included - Beds made & towels provided - Wifi MANDATORY ADDITIONAL FEES - Charges included from May 15 to September 15 / electricity surcharge, depending on consumption (Base of 20 kWh/day included) outside this period, surcharge to be paid if consumption exceeds this base. - Dog accepted: €25/supp./animal (to be paid on site) Note: While end-of-stay cleaning is included, respect for the people who do it is just as important. We therefore reserve the right to claim an additional €50, during the inventory, if the house was left in a too dirty state.
