The space THE SPACE: Inside you will find two generous bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, sparkling bathroom, and a spacious living area with access to an outdoor stoop. The two bedrooms are both outfitted with queen beds, nightstands and lamps, phone charger cables, a fan, luggage racks, and closets with hangers. Down the hallway is the full bath which has a tub and shower combo. The kitchen is small but plenty as we have fully stocked it for your needs with such features as a full spice rack, pots and pans, electric skillet, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, and oven, range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You also have a standup washer and dryer to use at your leisure and yes we provide laundry pods. THE AREA: We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 4 overnight guests in compliance with the city regulations, over occupancy will result in eviction. PARKING: There is free parking in the driveway for one car which you must enter and leave on Miller. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Ann Arbor to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply. SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit. Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge. Guest access Check-in is simple and hassle-free! You'll receive detailed check-in instructions 3 days before your arrival, and your unique door access code will be sent 24 hours prior. We offer a seamless self check-in process to make your arrival as smooth as possible.
