The sleeping arrangement in the living room is a single bed that we prepare upon request (the sofa cannot be used as a bed). ✔️ Balcony with a refreshing sea breeze, stunning views of the Mediterranean, and a 5-seat round dining table—perfect for enjoying dinner while watching the sunset. ✔️ First bedroom (main level) has a full-size double bed (140x200 cm), ceiling fan, wardrobe, smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom. ✔️ Second bedroom (upper level) with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), large wardrobe, smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with a washer & dryer. 🛌 Sleeping Arrangements: * Each bedroom accommodates 2 guests. * A comfortable single bed can be prepared in the living room (the sofa cannot be used as a bed). * A baby crib is available for infants under 2 years old upon request. Swimming pool availability is subject to the decisions of the building's management; therefore, exact opening and closing dates may vary based on their decisions and the weather. Generally, the swimming pool operates seasonally—from April through October. * Late check-out on Saturdays (Motzei Shabbat) is available for an additional fee. House Rules: * Smoking is strictly prohibited. * We do not host groups of friends. * Loud music or noise is not permitted at any time. * On the day of arrival, access to the pool is not permitted before the official check-in time. * On the day of departure, use of the pool is not allowed after check-out time.
