Simple little 2-room basement apartment in an older house with 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room as well as a private kitchen and toilet/bathroom. The apartment also has its own washer, dryer and freezer. The main entrance, the staircase and the terrace are shared with the basement apartment next door. The apartment has the nicest view to offer and is at the same time centrally located. The city centre and the nearest store are a maximum of 10 minutes' walk. NOTE: The rental price is fixed, and the property is not rented at a reduced price or for long-term stays The space Cozy little apartment with a small living room with sea views. The living room has a sofa bed and TV, and a small kitchen with refrigerator, as well as an oven for your own cooking. Separate bedroom with ocean view. Double bed with wardrobes for storing clothes. Guest access The basement is divided into 2 separate apartments with a common entrance. From the basement entrance, apartment 1 is to the left of the entrance. Note: The 1st floor of the house is a private residence and is not used as part of the rental. There is no access to the 2nd floor for Airbnb guests. All guest facilities are located exclusively in the ground floor apartment. Other things to note Please note that catering is not included in the stay. Guests are requested to bring their own supplies such as toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, food, oil, etc. There are grocery stores nearby where these supplies can be purchased.
