House in the town center

You will be in a quiet place while being close to shops, 6 minutes' walk from the bakery, butcher, press and small supermarket. The beaches of St Malo and Cancale are 1 hour and 10 minutes away and Mont St Michel is 50 minutes away. Our garden with its 2 terraces is not enclosed, but we are not on the side of the road. We have lots of board games, you will find: a ping pong table, bicycles, basketball hoop, Pillows and duvets are provided (not sheets). The space 1- On the ground floor - an open kitchen to a dining room overlooking the terrace. - a living room open to the dining room - a TV room - one bedroom with a double bed + dressing room - double sink bathroom with bath + shower - Separate WC - 2 entrances 2- Upstairs - one bedroom with a double bed + a desk with a screen (without the computer) and a wardrobe - one bedroom with a two-seater mezzanine but counted for only one child due to the space between the mezzanine and the ceiling (child max 1.45 m) - a large room of 25 m2 with a sofa bed + a wardrobe + a treadmill, dumbbells, elastic, board games, ... - a bathroom with toilet, this bathroom is not included in the general description because it is not redone (except the toilet) but it is usable if you wish. The bathtub is dated and has traces of product at the bottom, there is lino on the floor which is also from the period. The floor has not been redone and the hallway as well as the 25 m2 room have a dated but clean gray carpet on the floor. 3- Basement Washing machine, dryer, bicycles (4 adults + one child 1.40-150 cm except weekend of the ascent), outdoor games balls, rackets, ping pong table
