The house is located in the Zeyrek Conservation Area, one of the four areas in the UNESCO World Heritage List of İstanbul. It is renovated again in April 2023. The house is recognized and protected as a historical monument. We can arrange a transfer car from or to the airport in case you need it. The space The duplex is in a four storey building. The ground floor and the first floor are 2 other Airbnbs that we rent. Duplex is on the second and third floor. In Turkey, we call the floor above the ground floor as the 1st floor. In duplex there are two bedrooms, two bathroom, one Terrace and one living room with kitchen inside. 6 person can sleep in two double beds and one sofabed which is enough for 2 person. Sofabed is in the living room. (Similar residences are available in the same building and neighborhood. Please check profile for information) Guest access This two floor is only for the guests. You will share it with no one. The price is for 2 floors. Only the entrance of the building is a common area. Other things to note The house is newly renovated in March and April 2023. It's a wooden historical house. There are 3 different apartments inside. But only the entrance is a common area.
