Quiet house with terrace – Car charging station

Come and discover Nantes and its region, or come and see friends or family in our newly renovated cottage "Le Patureau". You can also stay there for business trips, close to the main roads (A11 and the Nantes ring road). It can accommodate up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children) and is located 3 km from the town of Carquefou, adjoining our house. You can charge your electric vehicle using the charging station available (€20) The space The vacation rental has a separate entrance and has: a main room with equipped kitchen and dining table, a TV area with sofa bed, a separate terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a balcony. Parking space is available on the street in front of the house. We can make our electric car charging station available to you for an extra charge of €20 per charge.
