The space Discover our beautiful 140 m² fully equipped house, located in a peaceful area with a garden in Saint-Ismier, close to the mountains 🏔️ The house is laid out as follows: Ground floor: A spacious living area with a lounge, a dining table seating up to 8 guests, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen A laundry room with a washing machine A separate toilet Upstairs: One bedroom with a 160 cm bed A bathroom with a bathtub A second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom A third bedroom with a 140 cm bed A second independent bathroom with a shower stall A separate toilet A large balcony Outdoor area: A beautiful garden with a furnished terrace Enjoy a comfortable stay thanks to the many amenities available in the house, including Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, kettle, oven, coffee machine (capsules not provided), stovetop, and complete cookware. A washing machine, bed linen and towels for up to 8 guests are provided upon arrival. Parking is available inside the property, with space for at least two cars. Bed and bath linen is provided: Bedrooms: Fitted sheet Duvet cover Duvet (winter) – 220 × 240 cm 2 pillows – 60 × 60 cm Bathroom: 1 towel per guest Bath mat Kitchen: Dish towel A welcome starter pack is provided, including a sponge, a trash bag, and toilet paper rolls. Seasonal heating is available. Guest access 🏠 The whole property is at your disposal You have access to the entire property, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Other things to note Online check-in must be completed before 9:30 PM, including ID verification and a mandatory selfie. If the online check-in is not completed, the ID must be presented in person at our agency. Online check-in must be completed by 9.30 pm, and you MUST provide proof of identity and a selfie. If you do not check in online, you must present your ID in person at our office. Self-check-in is available from 5.00 pm once you have completed the online check-in. To ensure a peaceful stay and maintain the quality of our accommodation, we reserve the right to request a deposit in the form of a pre-authorisation (no charge or hold will be placed on your card).
