Unique stargazer pulpit with glass roof

Our Rüdehof is not only the headquarters of our newly founded family distillery, but also a place of relaxation and enjoyment. We are not a hotel or typical vacation rental, we just like it when nice people visit us. The space Our stargazer pulpit is probably unique in its kind, we had it made especially for the Rüdehof. At a height of 3 meters directly behind our 400 year old oak tree, the pulpit stands in the middle of nature and offers an incredible panoramic view. At the foot of the pulpit there is a small fireplace just for you, but you can of course also use the numerous other fireplaces on the property. Near the pulpit is our sauna where there is a shower facility (outdoor shower with cold water), a toilet is also available there. You can cook either directly on the fire or on the grill and if the weather should not play along, you can use our Lake House on the property, here you can cook under a roof and eat comfortably. A ladder leads up to the platform, from here you can enter the pulpit. It consists of a large, cozy double bed, under the bed box is still storage space for luggage and that's it, no electricity, no TV, no frills, perfect for those who just want to enjoy peace and quiet in the midst of nature. The highlight: The pulpit has a glass roof, so you can watch the beautiful starry sky while lying down, often you can also see the Milky Way here. The mirrored wrap-around windows are also at lounger height, so you can watch the wildlife in the morning and at dusk. Deer, storks, foxes, geese and raccoons can be seen here almost daily, and the wolf is a regular guest here, so maybe you'll be lucky enough to see it. The view of the evening sunset is also free and absolutely breathtaking. Guest access The entire property is at your disposal during your stay. On almost two hectares of land you can use numerous fireplaces, hang out in hammocks or play a round of boules on our own boules court. The swimming pond is a great place to splash around or swim a few laps. At the Lake House you will find a refrigerator, deck chairs and barbecue utensils. Grab a bike and take a trip to the Elbe, it's only 5 minutes to the banks of the Elbe. On foot you can make a tour through the adjacent forest and pick mushrooms or blueberries. If it is a bit colder, you can book our igloo sauna or hot tub for 50€ each. We are looking forward to you! P.S.: We hate to do the dishes when we are on vacation somewhere! If you feel the same way, just bring your dirty dishes to the Lake House, we'll take care of them :) Other things to note Our Place is located in the joint municipality Amt Neuhaus in the beautiful Elbe valley meadows only about 1.5h from Hamburg. Despite sparse population, there is a lot to discover here. From Berlin it is only 2,5h until you are with us. Our village Kaarßen is of course the most beautiful, that's why we chose it. Our farm is located only about 100m from a large forest and about 5 minutes by bike from the Elbe. Here you can find everything your heart desires: breathtaking sunsets, shooting star nights, deserted sandbars, lots of wildlife and peace and quiet...
