Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living and kitchen area with high wooden ceilings, a fireplace, a Smart TV, and direct access to a sea-view balcony — perfect for your morning coffee or sunset dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table can seat six (with 2 stools). The bedroom features a queen-size (1.60m) bed, a large closet, a desk, and a second Smart TV for private relaxation. The bathroom is brand new, with a spacious shower and bidet feature. A washer-dryer is tucked under the stairs for your convenience. Upstairs, the 17m² attic offers two double (1.40m) beds with quality mattresses and a second desk — ideal for remote work or quiet reading. Each room has its own A/C unit. Whether you're here for a summer escape or a peaceful off-season retreat, this home offers comfort, convenience, and a true seaside feel. Guest access Feel right at home and enjoy full access to everything in the apartment. There’s also a small shared sofa area on the ground floor (shared with the condo below), and an outdoor tap to rinse off after the beach.
