Stylish lower-level studio with approximately 6 wide steps to the landing. This retreat features, quartz counters, walnut shelves, a full-sized refrigerator, hardwood floors, AC & heated tile floors. Although this is a lower-level suite, it does have a good amount of light with a beautiful fir window on the south side and a full-light glass door on the east side of the house. The entrance to the suite overlooks a lovely garden. The space The space is great but it is the lower level/basement of our personal home. We had Rockwool, soundproofing, insulation, and a drop-down channel set to help with noise transfer from above. We don't have any children or dogs so I believe the space to be fairly quiet and serene but just want to give a heads-up to any guests that may be sensitive to any noise.
