Mas Du tel, a moment in nature

Welcome to Mas du Tel, known as "La Source"! In the heart of the Cévennes National Park, 1 hour from Montpellier and 1 hour 20 minutes from Nîmes, this Cévennes farmhouse is a peaceful oasis made for unwinding. Here, you forget everything, you let yourself be lulled by the sound of the forest, you admire the view... Located in the heights of Pont d'Hérault, close to tourist attractions and shops (10 min), it is ideal for families or groups of friends to enjoy a stay surrounded by nature. The space 140 m2 stone Cévenol farmhouse, completely renovated. It offers all the comforts of a family home: equipped kitchen (gas stove, filter coffee and percolator, Mr. Cook, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, raclette machines), wood stoves, reversible air conditioning (on 2 levels), Wi-Fi (very good network), TV, washing machine and dryer It is composed of 3 levels as follows: ‐ On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room, a bathroom with toilet and the living room with its small mezzanine (double bed 140 x 200). ‐ From the living room we access the lower floor in which there are 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed 140 x 200), a bathroom and a separate toilet ‐ From the dining room, we access the upper floor where there is a separate toilet, a master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with bathtub, a children's bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2 80 x 200) and an extra double mattress (140 x 200). The farmhouse is air-conditioned, except on the lower level (it is partly backed by the mountain which gives it good thermal regulation). Exterior: The Mas has many outdoor spaces which means you can always find shade in summer. On the largest terrace, adjoining the kitchen, there is a large round table for 10/12 people. To cook outdoors you have a large plancha and a paella set. Below is a children's garden area with a swing and slide, and at the bottom of the lot is a large above-ground pool and wooden terrace overlooking the stream (which does not flow much in summer). Guest access The entire property is accessible and private Other things to note Parking is at the top of the farmhouse and can accommodate 3 cars max (you can park at the top of the road if there is an additional car). You have to walk down a small path to access the house (about 30 meters). The farmhouse is supplied with UV-filtered spring water but not chemically tested. Linens and towels are provided (no pool)
