We offer simply furnished, private rooms with a double bed, a reading chair with a lamp, and an optional sit/stand desk with ergonomic office chair. This room has a shared bathroom located on the same floor of the building. Your stay will include one meal, usually breakfast. If breakfast is not the meal that you want, we can make other accommodations. Additional meals may be purchased onsite. There is a large dining hall with many amenities for guest use (microwave, fridge, toaster etc) We have a commercial kitchen (for staff use only, meal plans available) on site and large community dining room. There are a variety of snacks available as well as coffee/tea service. Meals can be purchased for an additional, reasonable charge. Prices will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. This is a large building that includes several shared spaces, as well as private bedrooms. Guests will have access to the shared common area, the multimedia/TV room, the dining hall, the porches (front and back), the backyard (which includes a hammock, fire-pit and outdoor seating) and the dining hall. The dining hall is stocked with coffee and tea stations as well as a variety of snacks and baked goods. These amenities are available to guests for no additional charge. Meal plans are available, too. We are on premises full time and available as needed. Malone has basic needs covered nearby with a Kinney pharmacy, several convenience stores with small food markets, a Price Chopper grocery store, a WalMart, etc. We are located on the northern border of the Adirondack Park, so there is abundant access to hiking, climbing, boating and swimming type activities.
