I do not recommend people sleeping on the Living room couch, so if you have a third adult person, I suggest you choose another option or see if my other room is open to book. PLEASE LMK IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET as I do not like to have a dog in both rooms of the house at the same time, as compatibility cannot be guaranteed. My little beach cottage is an aging 850 sq ft. outside, but new inside, with a remodeled kitchen, laundry and bathroom...100% cotton sheets or Bamboo on 3 Queen sized mattresses, so 4 + children under 12 can stay here comfortably. Only 2 rooms are reserved as Guest Bedrooms (some times these book simultaneously) and one bath makes respectful scheduling a necessity ...Make sure others are aware your about to take a long bath so they can pop in to brush teeth or use the loo before heading out. The whole house is not for rent at the moment...I am interested in doing a 3-6 month Airbnb exchange if anyone from Italy/France/Portugal is interested! The Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, whale watching, wine tasting in Carmel Valley, fishing, cycling or a stroll along one of the many beaches. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea lions, otters and various ocean birds of Monterey Wharf. Laguna Seca Race Track is just down the road, Monterey Fairgrounds (Jazz festival, Blues Festival!) and of course, if golf is your pleasure, Monterey Bay Golf Course is ten minutes away, Black Horse and Bayonet Golf Ranges are 7 minutes from my house, and of course, The Pebble Beach Golf course is at least a must see. Bus transport around the corner, Uber and Uber eats know where I am. Bedroom, bathroom shared, living room back yard and kitchen 15 minutes to Monterey Bay Aquarium 15 minutes to local Beaches 14 minutes to Carmel by the Sea Carmel Valley is 25 minutes away and Point Lobos, Big Sur Luna Seca Raceway, Salinas Rodeo (Seasonal) Monterey Fairgrounds, Jazz Festival is 12 minutes away, Octoberfest, etc. Please let me know your ETA when you book, and if it alters txt me - I work out of my home about 50% of the week, so I am available for breakfast and conversation, referring to best restaurants and tourist sites. Can drop you to local area sites for a small fee if I am available...and will leave a key if I am not around, with wine/tea and snacks on the kitchen table to hold you over till your next meal. Where to go? Point Lobos, The Monterey Bay Aquarium, 17-mile drive, Big Sur and Carmel Valley (tasting rooms and hiking parklands.) Shopping in Carmel by the Sea, within a mile from the legendary dog beach. Scenic road, and The Carmel Mission...also Carmel Valley for wine tastings. Don't forget the Monterey Bay Golf Course, Pebble Beach Links, Black Horse & Bayonet Golf Courses.... the Monterey Fairgrounds/Jazz Festival coming soon!
