Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It has world class amenities where in you can access the beachwave pool with a fee of php250/head/shift. It is close the mall and public transportation. It is 30minutes away from Airport NAIA via Skyway. For one month and longer stay, UTILITIES ARE SEPARATE - meralco electricity, water, and wifi are to be paid by the tenant. Add 5000 for unlimited amenity access. The space it is 2bedroom unit with balcony , facing cityview, with black out curtain that minimize the traffic noise. has fast wifi . hot shower. and sleeps 4pax. for one month or long stay, UTILITIES ARE SEPARATE. The tenant will pay for the meralco electrocuty, water, and wifi. Guest access Azure has beach wave pool that you can access with a fee. pay php250/head/shift for pool access. guests staying for one month or longer, pay php5000/month for unlimited amenity access. Other things to note Azure is not a hotel. We are a private residence condo and this set of rules and policies must be observe and abide. These House Rules were created so that your stay will be more convenient and hassle free. 1.Guest CANNOT invite other guests or visitors. Whether they swim or not, sleepover or not, still guests cannot invite other people from outside. Only unit owners of Azure are allowed to invite. Only those names listed in the gate pass (also known as guest advice form) are permitted to enter Azure premises. Be advised that 1br (26-28sqm) capacity is 4pax max only and 2BR (36-38sqm) capacity is 6pax max only. Strictly no overcrowding. 2br delux 52sqm 8pax max only. Be careful in sending the guest names (full names as written in their valid IDs) because NO AMENDMENT allowed. No name change allowed, add on, or replacement of names without informing the unit owner in advance because any alteration in the gatepass is subject to countersigning and approval from the unit owner and Azure office.If really really necessary, any alterations will be charged php500/name alteration or any add-on, or any changes; and still subjected to approval of unit owner and Azure management/security. For online channel bookings, guests must follow the number of pax indicated in your booking. If you happen to "add" guests, php500/head/night booking subject to the maximum number of pax per unit. kids are included in the headcount. Only one (1) kid less than 3feet is not counted. We are a private residential condo and thus senior citizen or PWD discount is not applicable. 2.You are required to SHOW the gatepass which has been given to you at Gate 2 southbound of Azure upon entry. NO NEED TO PRINT THE GATEPASS. The gatepass will also be needed at the Tower Lobby for guest registration upon check in. Also bring valid IDs on check in and your IDs will be kept at the Concierge lobby in place of a Visitor Pass ID. All guests must present a VALID ID. If in case, somebody forgot his ID (or Kids and infants do not have valid ID) -an extra ID of the other guest adult can be given as replacement for those who have none. Register at the lobby and wait for the representative to endorse the key and the unit to you. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL. Keys are not found at concierge. Keys are to be received from the unit's representative. 3. The guests must maintain the cleanliness inside the unit and inside the premises. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit. They may do so in the balcony and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Here in Azure premises, --smoke on designated smoking areas only. 4. NO COOKING for overnighters. Strictly no cooking if OnE night booking only. Bring cooked food or have your food delivery. Cooking allowed for guests who booked two nights or more; and for long-term guests only. You may reheat food. We have microwave. You may cook rice. We have rice cooker. The unit has microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, and complete kitchenware which you can use on your stay. For overnighters, if you really really want to cook, please pay php1000/night additional fee for the electricity. Please avoid strong and foul smelling dishes like adobo, tocino, fried fish, barbecue, seafood etc. Cooking foul smelling dishes will be penalized by forfeiting your security deposit. 5. Do not leave unwashed dishes in the sink and unfinished foods in pots or rice cooker. Observe CLEAN –AS- YOU- GO policy. 6. Strict swimwear is a must at the beach. Always wear footwear. Bring your own slippers. Dry yourself well before returning to the house. You will not be allowed to enter the tower dripping wet or has lots of sands in legs and feet. 7. Turn off Aircon, TV, electric fan, and lights when leaving the house to save energy. Check the electric hot plate as well before leaving. Be advised that we are on a MERALCO kuryente Load and the electricity budget is just enough for your entire stay. If ever the electricity just shut off at no considerable reason, it means you have consumed more than the budget. You may Load at Paris Beach Club lobby at your expense, you may ask help at the concierge. ASK THE MERALCO SERVICE ID NUMBER from the concierge- just tell them your tower and unit number. 8. No parties allowed. No loud noises because it may disturb our neighbors. When drinking beer or liquor, please drink responsibly. Do not puke in the kitchen sink, toilet sink, or toilet bowl. Please puke in a plastic bag if necessary. Declogging of the sink or bowl will be charged Php 1500. NO SMOKING inside the unit. smoking allowed in the balcony. Find the designated smoking area inside Azure Premises, you CANNOT just light your cigarette anywhere. There should be NO illicit drugs and NO illegal gambling and any other illegal activities by the guests, visitors, and residents. 9. Please do not throw tissue or sanitary napkin into the toilet bowl. 10. LOST KEY means forfeited security deposit and Lost Visitor Pass ID is chargeable Php500/EACH; thus, take extra care of the endorsed key/cards. 11. Maintain cleanliness inside the unit. If unit walls and furniture have been stained, an additional CLEANING FEE/ DAMAGE FEE will be charged accordingly. Any damage to the unit will be charged accordingly especially if the security deposit is NOT enough to cover the damages done into the unit. The tenant or guest should show respect to other people's property. 12. Pull up and down the window blinds slowly and carefully. 13. Always lock the unit whenever you are inside or outside for security purposes. We are not held liable if valuables get lost during your stay. 14. We apologize if toiletries and drinking water are not provided. We are a private residential condominium community and not a hotel. Kindly bring your own towel as well. Towels are for rent php100/each. 15. AZURE ONE RULE POLICY IN AMENITY ACCESS: all should pay php250/head/shift for pool access. for one month to longer stay tenants, pay additional php5000 for amenity fee unlimited usage. 16. Strictly no hanging of clothes in the balcony or on balcony railings. Penalty of Php5000 payable to Azure. 17. For group bookings: Strictly do not bring out items or furniture out of the unit and transferring them to other unit/s that you have booked; if found done, security deposit will be forfeited. 18. Please observe punctuality and advise us in ADVANCE if you will check in early or be very late and same if you will check out early or will extend. Be advised that we are STRICT with Check-Out Time. Extension is Php500/HR. Standard check in is 2PM check in then 12nn check out the following day. Also, the preferred check in time depends on availability as the unit may or may have previous guest before you. Check-in time must be confirmed between the guest and the unit owner's representative. ANY ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE in the apartment BEYOND the standard time (between the hours of 4pm until 8am)- Php 500 convenience fee will be charged or deducted to your security deposit. The 500-peso convenience fee is for the unit owner's representative coming over BEYOND the standard time- just to give the keys on your arrival and endorse the unit, and likewise receive back the key from you on departure. To avoid such charges, you may follow the stardard check in of 2pm and check out 12noon. We have mentioned that WE ARE NOT A HOTEL and endorsement of unit is done by the unit owner's representative and not through the concierge. 19. There is mini bar inside the unit and the sale items have price tags on them. If bought, pay upon check out. 20. You may access the skygarden, beachwave pool, kiddie pool, Ibiza bar, Spa room. The gym, lap pool, gameroom and children’s playroom are for unit owners and residents only. Usage of amenities is subject to Azure policies. Pool opens 7am-12 nn then 2PM-7pm. No overnight swimming. Mondays-beachwave and kiddie beach pool are closed for cleaning and maintenance. Be advised to wear proper clothes whenever you are in the common areas of Azure property. Wear footwear at all times. Swimwear is allowed in the beach area only. Being "half-naked" is not allowed in the common areas, penalty of Php2000 payable to Azure. 21. NO PETS allowed. Penalty php2000 payable to Azure. 22. The security deposit (i.e. Php1000/unit booked for short stay only) will be returned or refunded to the guest in full if no damage to the unit or no penalties incurred during the entire stay. The security deposit is certainly forfeited in case the guest cancels or no show. For stay of one month, php5000 security deposit is required. For stay of 2-5months, php10000 security deposit required. For stay of 6 months to one year lease, two months security deposit is required. 23. Upon check in, rest assured that unit is cleaned and newly washed bed linens are provided. The next cleaning of the unit will be done upon check out only. We are not a hotel. Any cleaning service requested during your stay has a charge of php1250 and requested bed linen change is charged at php1000.Thus, total php2250 package. Clean-as-you-go policy is implemented as courtesy to the property rented. Non-observance of clean-as-you-go policy will be charged 1250 upon check out and laundry fee of 1000 on check out. Thank you.
