The Cubby ‘Tincture Tailor’

Simple but cosy room at the side of the house, you will need to go out side to get to the indoor facilities approx 4 feet but there is a sink in the room. This is a very private and quiet room which give you your own entrance. The room has a desk, chair, single bed with fresh bedding and a smart TV. There is also a kettle and a microwave in the room. Towels, dressing gown and sliders are provided to walk to and from the shower room & toilet. The space The room is attached to the main house but it has its own entrance. The room houses a sink which is partitioned by a bi fold door in the room. There is a brand new single bed and mattress and cotton sheets. The room is equipped with a kettle, mini fridge and a microwave: To get to the toilet and shower you walk out of the back door of your room 5 feet into the main house to the toilet and newly renovated shower room. Guest access Your private entrance ‘the cubby’ is the door to the left of the key safe ‘tincture tailor’. Your key safe is the big one at the bottom. Please pop the key back when you check out and hit the check out button on the air BnB app. During your stay Send a message if you need help with anything- please read listing description and instructions before check in. Other things to note The main kitchen is not for the use of guests, but you do have a kettle, microwave and fridge with cutlery and plates in the room. There is tea and coffee, UHT milk available in your room. You have your own entrance for take away or deliveries to your door, please look out for the drivers so they deliver to the correct door, The bins and recycling boxes are outside of the wooden gates to the right, please dispose of your rubbish when you check out and make sure you separate recycling materials into the correct boxes, as the bin men will not take if incorrect. Two cats live here, but they don’t go into the air BnB room. If you like animals please by all means hang out with them. Dot is the mini black and white female, and Blue is the grumpy male. If it is hot outside you are welcome to leave your back or front door open to catch some breeze, and you can use the garden if you wish.
