The Cubby ‘Tincture Tailor’

Simple but cosy room at the side of the house, you will need to go out side to get to the indoor facilities approx 4 feet but there is a sink in the room. Very private/quiet room with own entrance. Radiator, desk, chair, single bed with fresh bedding and a smart TV. There is also a kettle for a cup of tea in the morning. There is a fan and electric heater in the room along with a radiator. Towels and dressing gown is provided for your comfort, to walk to and from the shower room. The space The room is attached to the main house but has its own entrance. The key safe will give you your key on check in. There is a sink in the room but not a toilet, that is assessable through the back door and into the main house. Brand new bed and mattress. Guest access Your private entrance ‘the cubby’ is the door to the left of the key safe ‘tincture tailor’. You can access the main house for the toilet and shower out of the back door of your room and into the French doors on the right, to the main house (these doors are always open). The downstairs toilet is opposite the fridge as you access the main house. You can use the fridge for perishables if you wish. The main bathroom is located upstairs (first door on your left). Please use the slippers, flip flops a dressing gown provided in the room and take your towel and toiletries up with you. Please, no shoes in the house. During your stay Send a message if you need help with anything- please read listing description and instructions before check in. Other things to note The kitchen is not for the use of guests, but you can use the microwave if you need to heat anything. There is a kettle with tea and coffee facilities in the room, along with bowls and cutlery. Please use the fridge if needed. You have your own entrance for take away or deliveries to your door. There are two cats which live in the main house, they don’t go into the air BnB room but they ate very friendly if you like animals.
