It is important that you are aware of this situation before making any decision. **Important: Registration and Access Process for the Apartment** To ensure your access to the apartment within the complex, it is essential that you provide us with the identification of the reservation holder and the full names of all guests by 11 A.M. on the day of your arrival (If your arrival is on Sunday, you must provide the information by Saturday since the administration does not work on Sundays). If we do not receive this information within the indicated timeframe, guests will be subject to the following conditions: 1. Access to the condominium will not be allowed. 2. Your reservation will be canceled. 3. Alternatively, you may enter the next day, except for arrivals on Saturdays after 1 PM and all day Sunday, as the Administration does not work on those days. In these cases, if your arrival is on Saturday, you will be able to enter on Monday. All guests must be registered on Airbnb prior to check-in. Access will not be granted to anyone not listed on the reservation. Starting from the 5th guest, an additional fee of $500 MXN per person per night applies, as configured on the platform. Access & building rules: The main building entrance is not enabled for guests. Access is through the parking/security entrance, where staff can assist you. If no staff is present at that moment, there may be a short wait. Wristbands: The building may require guests to wear wristbands to access common areas such as the pool or to the complex.
