Old farmhouse with pool

Welcome to this old farm! These buildings are finding a new life thanks to a complete renovation, including the addition of a swimming pool. The aim was to preserve maximum authenticity with the use of noble materials such as beams, tiles, exposed stone walls, oak flooring... Comfort has not been forgotten, as you can enjoy a heated swimming pool, air conditioning, a wood-burning stove and high-end appliances. The space The ground floor of the house consists of a large living space with 2 tables that can accommodate up to 15 guests. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large induction hob, a large gas fire for cooking, a microwave and a built-in oven. There is a large refrigerator, and two other refrigerators with a freezer compartment can be added in "the pool building." An upscale coffee machine will offer delicious drinks (ground or grain coffee) It is completed with a teapot and a larger-capacity classic coffee maker. The ground floor is also composed of a bathroom with an Italian shower, independent toilet, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with also a 160 cm bed. The floor of the house consists of: a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 120cm bed a very large Bd with 2 160 cm beds (1 of which can be divided into two 80 cm beds) and an 80 cm bunk bed with 2 sleeping spaces a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate cabin, independent restrooms. The house is equipped with a heat pump that provides heating and air conditioning. There's also a wood burning stove to warm up your evenings. The pool building completes the house with: - a large living room of more than 100 m² with a kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, beer pump), foosball, a ping pong table, a dartboard, a shuffleboard game... - a bedroom with a 160 cm bed - bathroom with toilet Guest access It is possible to check in independently with a lockbox on site. Other things to note Ground/stone path to the farm. The cleaning must be done by guests. Bed linens are offered at an extra cost. Check-in and check-out are flexible on weekends outside of school holidays. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out no later than 12:00 p.m. during school holidays (unless a better arrangement can be made between guests) We are on a large and authentic farm, so there may be some insects (flies, wasps, spiders)
